2024 Color Design Trends

January 4, 2024

If you want to change your home this year, you’ve come to the right place! Our kitchen and bath designers have the inside scoop on trend predictions for 2024.

Friendly reminder—just because something is in style doesn’t mean it needs a place in your home. Be sure to design spaces that make sense for you and will bring you joy—you’re the one who has to see it every day.

The Dark Side

In 2024, the “dark side” takes center stage, offering a sophisticated balance to the prevalent bright and light shades. Rich and deep colors could play a pivotal role in design, adding depth and warmth to your home. Think burgundies, deep navy blues, and rich emerald greens.

All the Greens

Greens continue to maintain a top spot in design this year. Warm, earthy greens are thought to continue to be particularly popular. From olive tones to mossy shades, green will not only be a color but a statement of environmental consciousness and a celebration of nature in your home.

Blush Pinks

While pink rose to fame this year because of the recent Barbie movie, Sherwin-Williams, Dunn-Edwards, and Pantone all predict shades of pink will continue to rise in popularity as they feel both nostalgic and optimistic (Pantone even made their color of the year “Peach Fuzz”).
